When is the Season?

Registration will begin in November.

Lacrosse is a spring sport with practice starting in early March and games running from late March/early April until June.

Games are played at various locations throughout the Chester County Area (i.e. travel is required)

Practices are held at various fields within the Oxford Area.

What Equipment Is Necessary?

Girls:  girl’s lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthpiece, cleats*

Boys:  boy’s lacrosse stick, helmet, elbow pads, shoulder pads, gloves, mouthpiece, protective cup, cleats*

*Any type of cleat is fine.

Youth/Starter packages are available from a variety of sporting goods stores/online which will contain much of the necessary equipment.

Who Is Eligible?

Any girl or boy who resides within the boundaries of the Oxford Area School District and is currently in grades K-8.

No experience is necessary.
